About Diana
Serenity, patience, inner strength, yoga
From a young age, I have always had a strong urge for contact with people and discovering new things. More than 25 years ago, I decided to give my life a completely new direction.
I left my home country Mexico and my career as a lawyer to start a new chapter in my life in Belgium.
The first years in Europe were crucial for finding stability in all areas and starting my family.
A few years later, almost by chance, I discovered the practice of yoga, which has added a new dimension to my life.
Serenity, patience, and inner strength are just a few of the benefits I have experienced.
Since then, I have focused on learning about our body and mind, becoming more consciously connected to nature, and enjoying more and more inner peace.
With years of experience and extensive training in various yoga styles, yoga philosophy, and meditation, I offer a holistic approach to yoga that is accessible to everyone.
My classes are designed to support you in your personal growth and well-being, regardless of your level or background.
